We’re working with a respected law firm seeking a corporate attorney to join its transactional practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated business matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private placements, and other complex transactions. The ideal candidate will bring 5–15 years of law firm experience, along with meaningful first- or second-chair involvement in transactional work.
Key experience should include:
• General corporate matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• M&A transactions
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong academic credentials, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent client service.
Bar admission in Michigan is required (or a willingness to become admitted). Relocation assistance and bar admission support are available for qualified candidates.
