• Join a well-established finance group with a strong and consistent pipeline of work
• Lead sophisticated lending transactions representing both lenders and borrowers
• Handle a broad range of matters, including:
  • Syndicated and single-lender credit facilities
  • Working capital lines and term loan financings
  • Real estate-secured transactions
  • Asset-based lending deals
• Take a leadership role in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex transactions
• Mentor junior attorneys and play a key role in team development
