The Opportunity:

• Work on sophisticated, high-value lending transactions
• Represent both lenders and borrowers across:
  • Syndicated and bilateral credit facilities
  • Working capital lines and term loans
  • Real estate and asset-based financings
• Take a hands-on role in structuring, negotiating, and closing deals

What You Need:

• 3+ years of commercial finance experience
• Background representing lenders and/or borrowers
• Strong drafting and deal management skills
• Ability to handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
